Printing Copier laser copier
There are a variety of printing copiers which are either digital copiers or analog copiers but the digital copiers are preferred over the analog copiers due to their advanced technology and also because they are easier to maintain and repair. For example, in a case where one needs multiple copies the analog copier has to recopy the original document but for the digital copier it normally scans and saves the data as a file that can be duplicated more than once. 
They can copy black and white copiers and color copiers. It normally has the following features available or not available, different modes that is text mode photo mode, copier speed of about 30 pages per minute, multiple copying. They are called 'all in one' copiers or multifunction devices (MFDs) where by they have more than one function which are either fax telephone services or scanning facilities and are compatible. 
The security and management features of the copier are as follows  password restriction ,direct mail prevention ,confidential transmission through sub address, confidential mail box, some have forced memory reception, system management password, usage management by code, reports activity, memory data ,list memory image print , user data list ,status list ,lost report, transmission header ,reception footer, verification stamp. Also some other features found in the Printing Copier laser copier are internet fax function (LAN type), energy saver key, and auto summer time adjustment. 
Copier also has automatic document feeder (ADF) which allows one to copy documents without lifting the copier plate but by just placing the sheets of paper on the feeder which can hold about 20 sheets of papers. It then moves the original papers to the copiers' glass. They also have by pass trays which are useful because they reduce jamming of paper and enable one to copy directly to the original paper, it can hold around 100 sheets of paper. In the copier we have a catch tray used to hold the finished sheets of paper. A color server which is used to attach the color copier with the computer network to change the color files into printing commands for the copier.
The consumables in the copier are the toner, paper, fuser oil, developer, or any other resources or parts that are normally replaced after a short time. It also has a control panel that controls the functions which are the paper size reduction enlargement copy quantity. Paper size could be magnified or reduced according to convince. It also has copier counter which tracks the number of copies made by the copier. It has the ability of duplex copying whereby it can copy on both sides robotically without human intervention but its prone to papers jams.
Modern colored copiers have editing features whereby they can edit the image after coping that is adjust the color and move the image. Every copier has a warm time it is the time spent by the copier after it is turned on before it commences working the newer the model the less the warm up time while the older the copier the higher the warm up time.
